These Terms govern your use of SealReady (the "Service"), operated by SealReady Training ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
1. What the Service is
SealReady is an independent exam-preparation study aid for the Industrial Mechanic (Millwright) 433A Certificate of Qualification. It provides practice questions, explanations, study notes and practice exams.
SealReady is an independent study aid and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or approved by the Red Seal Program, the Canadian Council of Directors of Apprenticeship (CCDA), or any provincial or territorial apprenticeship authority. "Red Seal" is referenced only to describe the examination our materials help you prepare for.
We do not guarantee that you will pass any examination. Our materials are prepared with care from course notes and publicly available trade references, but they are not the official examination and may differ from the questions you receive. Always verify safety-critical information against your employer procedures, the manufacturer instructions and the applicable codes and standards.
2. Accounts
- You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure.
- Accounts are for one person. Do not share your account or let others use it.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account.
- You can delete your account at any time from your profile page.
3. Pro subscription
- Pro is a monthly subscription that unlocks the full question bank, practice exams and the other features listed on the pricing page for as long as your subscription is active.
- Billing is recurring: your payment method is charged the monthly price shown at checkout (plus any applicable taxes) on each renewal date until you cancel.
- You can cancel at any time from your profile page (Manage subscription). Cancelling stops future charges, and you keep Pro until the end of the period you have already paid for.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
- We may change the subscription price with at least 30 days notice by email; a new price applies from your first renewal after the notice period.
- Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy (7-day money-back guarantee on your first payment).
4. Acceptable use
The Service and its content are for your personal, non-commercial study. You agree not to:
- copy, scrape, download in bulk, publish, sell or otherwise redistribute questions, answers, explanations or study notes;
- share or resell access, or circumvent any access restriction or paywall;
- reverse engineer, probe or interfere with the Service or its security;
- use automated tools to access the Service, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
5. Intellectual property
All content in the Service, including questions, explanations, study notes, diagrams, design and code, is owned by SealReady Training or its licensors and protected by copyright. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable licence to use the Service for personal study. All other rights are reserved.
6. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or uninterrupted availability. The Service is a study aid only and is not professional, engineering or safety advice.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SealReady Training is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, exam results or lost data arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, including sharing access or redistributing content, without refund. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.
9. Changes
We may update the Service and these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above; continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canadaapplicable therein. Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer rights you have under applicable law.
