Billing and refunds
Include the email on your account and the approximate purchase date. Our 7-day money-back guarantee applies to your first Pro payment, and you can cancel your subscription at any time from your profile page.
Report a content error
Accuracy matters to us — the material is written and checked by a certified 433A millwright, and we want to hear about anything that looks wrong. Use the report button on any question, or email us with the question text and what you believe the correct answer is. Confirmed corrections are published to every user.
Account and privacy requests
You can change your name, reset your progress or delete your account from your profile page. For anything else about your data, see our Privacy Policy or email us.
